Frequently asked questions
Are all of your foods gluten-free?
Yes, the founder is highly sensitive to gluten so all of our foods are free of gluten. Additionally, we only use natural and clean ingredients (non-GMO and organic). We source our raw ingredients from local farmers when possible.
What sweeteners are in your products?
We do not use any cane or refined sugar. Dates is our foundation sweetener in all of our desserts and savory foods when applicable. Depending on the dessert item, we may add organic maple syrup, local raw honey, organic coconut sugar, or organic date sugar for flavoring.
Are there nuts in your foods?
We do not use peanuts or cashews. Products that have nuts may include walnuts, pecans, almonds, or pistachios.
Do you offer plant-based foods?
All of our ceremonial grade chocolate bars are plant-based and gluten-free. We do offer plant-based items at the farmers markets. We continue to create new plant-based products for future release.
What delivery options do you offer?
Pick-up: You can place an order for pick-up at one of the two farmers market locations. There is no minimum for pick-up
Local delivery: We deliver on Thursdays only to the following coastal cities in Los Angeles County, CA, with a minimum order of $50.

Shipping: At the present, we only ship within the state of California with a minimum order of $100. We generally ship 2nd day delivery. Shipping fee is not included in the product pricing.
How can I place an order?
All orders must be placed by 5pm on Monday. Products will be delivered or shipped the following Thursday. To place an order, you can call (310) 574-2616 or email us at theflock@gaiarooster.com. You can also place an order for pick-up at the farmers markets.
